MLB parks

In case you’re not sure, we are Phillies fans! We love Citizen’s Bank Park and watching the Phils. There is something so relaxing about the sun, a hot dog, a cold beverage and baseball!

Since most of our vacation time is available to us in the summer, one of our biggest travel goals is to visit all Major League Ballparks in the country before these boys graduate from high school. Each year, we cross more and more off the list and have fun exploring different cities while we’re at it! Summer 2016 took us to the Atlanta Braves stadium and the Tampa Bay Rays stadium (pictured above).  One of the coolest things a coworker turned me on to was the MLB passport book- check out the passport book. It gives some stats about each ballpark and we have had fun with our boys getting the official seals for each stadium and talking to the staff. If this is something your family is in to, we highly recommend it!

Where have we been, you ask?

Well, we just started not too long ago and have already hit the following teams (with MANY more to go) in this order:

  1. Washington Nationals
  2. Atlanta Braves
  3. Tampa Bay Rays
  4. Milwaukee Brewers
  5. Cincinnati Reds
  6. Toronto Blue Jays

*OBVIOUSLY we have been to the Phils stadium, but hubby won’t count it in our book- as, in his words, “we’ll save the best for last.” 🙂

On deck for summer 2019 is Baltimore or Pittsburgh!

We hope you come along with us on this journey!
